China actress Gong Yuefei (龚玥菲) plays the sexy Pan Jinlian (潘金莲) in the photo series for The Plum in the Golden Vase (金瓶梅), often considered to be the fifth classical literature of Four Great Classical Novels.
Also known as The Golden Lotus, its graphically explicit depiction of sexuality has garnered the novel a level of notoriety in China akin to Fanny Hill and Lady Chatterley’s Lover in English literature.
